Room Tariffs
Fifteen en-suite, spacious, comfortable, individually designed rooms with direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, digital television and wireless internet access. Ground level rooms have their own terrace seating area. The Room at the Top has split level accommodation with viewing balcony to Scolt Head Island and the coastline beyond. No smoking throughout.

Winter/Spring November to March (excluding public and school holidays)
• Bed and breakfast Sunday to Thursday £50 per person per night – two sharing
• Special breaks Sunday to Thursday including dinner, minimum two nights £68 per person per night – two sharing

Saturday and either Friday or Sunday, bed and breakfast, minimum two nights £74 per person per night – two sharing

Extras
£25 per night supplement for single occupancy

£15 supplement ‘The Room at the Top’ per person per night

£25 per extra person/child sharing same room

£5 per night – cot

£10 per night per dog – ground floor rooms only

Cancellation: The full amount for bed and breakfast will be charged if less than 48 hours notice is given.
